As a Marriage Family Therapist, I provide psychotherapy services from a family systems perspective to children, adolescents and adults as well as couples.

I specialize in Non-directive Child-Centered Play Therapy to help children and adolescents express themselves creatively. . A wide variety of materials are available for  self-expression (paint, art supplies, puppets and clay). 

 For more active children, a bop bag can be used as well foam blocks and mat.

 As a Christian faith based therapist I help adults and couples heal for childhood issues related to trauma, family, generational or relationship issues using verbal therapy as well a Scripture and listening prayer if they want biblical based counseling.

For non-religious clients I can provide traditional solution focused family therapy services. and verbal therapies.
